Bachelor student - Research Group Quantum Communication Systems

Short Biography Claas Fillies started his Bachelor’s degree in 2017 at TU Berlin and joined the jAG Heindel in December 2019. In his thesis he worked on the design optimization of quantum light sources operating in the telecom C-band for applications in quantum communication in the framework of the project QuSecure.

His research interests include, among others, quantum optics and quantum entanglement.

Claas Fillies defended his Bachelor thesis in jAG Heindel in September 2020 with the title "Numcerical Optimization of Quantum Light Sources based on circular Bragg-Resonators for Emission Wavelengths in the Telecom C-Band".
