Excimerlaser - Lab [1]

The Excimer Lab is named after the primarily used lasers, the Excimer Lasers. It is used for the optical characterization of broad band semiconductors. more to: Excimerlaser - Lab [2]

Picosecond - Lab [3]

In the picoseconds lab time- and space-resolved photoluminescence measurements in the ps range, as well as resonant excitations in the range of 190 nm to 4000 nm at temperatures between 4 K and 400 K can be carried out. more to: Picosecond - Lab [4]
