Development of processing techniques for the realization of deterministic quantum devices

The further development of practical semiconductor quantum light sources, quantum memories and nanoelectronic gates relies strongly on the availability of technology platforms for the realization of scalable devices architectures. We will explore novel lithography and processing techniques to meet this challenging goal and to pave the way for the fabrication deterministic, spatially and/or spectrally resonant quantum devices.
