Plasmonic nanostructures are of high interest with respect to non-linear optical processes and the coupling of nano-emitters to the “outside world” via optical antennas. We will explore novel plansmonic architectures with the goal to enhance the emission properties of semiconductor nanoemitters and quantum dots.
