Cryo-optical Table

The "attoDRY800" is a cryo-optical measurement table (1.50 m x 2.40 m) with integrated closed-cycle cryostat. The sample chamber contains an xyz positioning unit based on slip-stick piezoactuators and a low-temperature microscope objective with a numerical aperture of 0.81 and an apochromatic range of 985-1350 nm. Samples can be operated continuously in the system at a temperature of 3.8 K up to room temperature.

The purchase of the attoDRY800 was financially supported by the infrastructure tender 2018 of the Technical University of Berlin as well as funds of the Faculty II for the promotion of young scientists.
