Nano physics

Investigation of optical, electrical and structural properties of quantum dots with photo-, cathode-, electro-, and micro-luminescence (including time-resolved spectroscopy), excitation spectroscopy, capacity transient spectroscopy and high resolution X-ray diffraction.
